通过交割合约名称和时间条件读取市场成交，为特定到期合约建立成交历史索引。

GET /delivery/{settle}/trades这条查询解决什么问题
成交编号与时间属于这一交割市场的记录，不能用相似价格认定它与现货或永续成交是同一笔。
这是公开数据的读取接口说明。行情、合约与市场状态会变化，字段定义与返回数据应分开核对。
